We are looking for a friendly yet professional personnel to join our centralized reservations team displaying true hospitality experience.
As the Reservations associate, you will be responsible to perform following job tasks:

- Familiar with hotel product, locations and activities.
- Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel and prioritizing up-selling.
- Always maintain a sales attitude, not losing any sales opportunity in the hotel.
- Develop the Reservations and Group & Corporate meetings strategies to maximize revenue on all enquiries.
- Make sure all reject business is filed with the reasons.
- Ensure that all correspondence has been filed accordingly, with correct and updated information.
- Comply to the hotel payment policy and collect payment from guests.
- Comply with set rooms supply and price control.
- Maintain and update guests’ information and sales data by reservation team.
- Maintain high level guest service standards.
- Ensure all information input is correctly in the PMS.
- Comply with all company policies relating to reservations.
- Ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s team member rules and regulations. Your schedule will vary as per demand and shifts.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities like helping on the front desk as required assigned by management.
