- Minimum Experience : 1 - 2 Years Proven experience as a Guest Relations Executive or in a similar guest-facing role in the hospitality industry.

**Eligibility**:
**Job Overview**:As a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) at our hotel/resort, you will be the face of hospitality and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests. You will provide personalized services, address guest inquiries and concerns, and contribute to the overall guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Reception and Check-in**:Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process. Provide information about the hotel/resort's facilities, services, and amenities.
- **Guest Assistance**:Be attentive to guest needs and inquiries throughout their stay. Handle special requests, such as room preferences, dietary requirements, or transportation arrangements.
- **Problem Resolution**:Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management, if necessary.
- **Concierge Services**:Provided concierge services, including booking reservations for dining, spa, or local activities. Offer recommendations for nearby attractions, restaurants, and entertainment.
- **Guest Relations**:Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience. Seek feedback and reviews from guests to continually improve services.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Maintain accurate guest records and assist with guest billing and payments. Handle guest check-out processes efficiently.
- **Emergency Response**:Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and assist in emergency situations as needed. Ensure guest safety and well-being at all times.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
- **Languages:

- ** English, Hindi and Marathi.
