We are looking to hire an experienced Receptionist/Front Desk Executive to manage all the customer related queries and bookings.
- Maintain front office reception area.
- Welcome incoming customers.
- Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key.
- Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary.
- Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
- Booking Management.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Girnare, Nashik - 422203, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
