**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using the hotel management system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel services, promotions, and local events.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining logs and reports.
**Profile Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
