**Experience**:

- Total experience:

- 4 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
- Minimum experience:

- 2-3 years experience working in a similar role within the wedding industry.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficient in event planning software

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inquiries and bookings for wedding events, from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and specific requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the wedding are planned and executed flawlessly.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and invoices to clients.
- Stay updated on wedding trends and industry best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and venues to enhance the wedding planning process.
- Attend site visits, rehearsals, and other pre-event activities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successfully managing wedding events.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
