Location: Mumbai (Currently remote)

**Job Description**:
Responsibilities and Duties:

- There are no sales involved. Calls will be made using the VoIP app and no mobile recharge/payment has to be done by the executive for the phone calls.
- Bookings will be done using the company's in-house CRM and leads will be managed using Google Sheet.
- These are not cold leads but have visited our website/social media page.The executive is expected to make 175-225 calls and register 25-30 bookings per day.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven work experiences as an trial booking expert or Pre-sales executive. (for experienced)
- Expertise with computer operations, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet browsing.
- Effective communication skills, Excellent and fluent English written and oral.
- Analytical skill set would be a great asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Good time Management, prioritization, and Multitasking abilities.

Shifts:

- Morning - 9 am to 6 pm
- Night - 4 pm to 1 am

Shift allocation is flexible.

Must have:

- Laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone & a smartphone
- A new sim with a regular version of WhatsApp. The initial cost of a sim will be re-imbursed. Also, the booking agent will not contact the parent on WhatsApp by personal number.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
