**Job Overview**:

- Our company is searching for a reliable person to join our team. This role involves providing the required transportation facilities to clients, coordinating with them, and following up on the same to complete the work with accuracy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with clients to determine and meet their travel needs and preferences.
- Book transportation.
- Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
- Maintains accurate records of bookings, phone calls and meetings.
- Handles travel issues and cancellations.
- Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Good interpersonal skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of computer system (Excel and word)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks

**Qualifications**:

- 10th Pass
