- **Reservation Management**: Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications while ensuring accurate entry into the hotel management system.
- **Phone Management**: Answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate departments, or take messages as needed.
- **Payment Handling**: Process guest payments, verify billing information, and issue receipts.
- **Room Management**: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and address any guest concerns or issues.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional and efficient manner, escalating issues when necessary.

**Qualifications**:
