**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize hotel and resort bookings through OTA channels.
- Manage rates, inventory, and promotions for maximum revenue.
- Forecast demand, analyze competitors, and align strategies with business goals.
- Cultivate strong OTA partnerships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Provide regular data-driven reports and recommendations.
- Conduct regular review management to enhance online reputation.
- Perform market rates analysis and implement necessary rate upgrades.
- Hands-on experience with at least one channel manager, Property Management System (PMS), and booking engine.
- Maintain the rates calendar through professional discussions with property owners.
- Drafting mails of booking confirmations to property owners as well as customers in a very professional way.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven revenue management experience in hospitality, with a focus on OTA optimization.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with revenue management systems and OTA platforms.
- Hands-on experience with channel managers, PMS, and booking engines.
- Results-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
