Reservations Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate and timely updating of rates, availability, and promotions across all platforms.
- Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping to ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest inquiries, modifications, and cancellations while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze reservation trends to assist in revenue management strategies.
- Maintain updated guest records and booking data in the property management system (PMS).
- Resolve guest concerns related to reservations efficiently.
- Generate and maintain reservation reports for management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or revenue management.
- Proficiency in OTA extranets, channel managers, and PMS (e.g., Opera, IDS, etc.).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and revenue optimization techniques.
