We are now looking for a **Reservations Executive** based in Mumbai to strengthen our bookings and guest service experience.

**Role Overview**

The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling guest booking requests, managing room inventory, coordinating with online travel agencies (OTAs), and ensuring a seamless reservation process that maximizes occupancy and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage room bookings, availability, and rate updates in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Coordinate with OTAs to maintain updated listings, offers, and promotions.
- Upsell room categories, packages, and special offers to maximize revenue.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team on group bookings, corporate tie-ups, and MICE requirements.
- Ensure accuracy of booking confirmations and guest details.
- Liaise with the Front Office and Operations team in Valsad to ensure smooth check-ins and guest experience.
- Monitor reservation trends and provide inputs for improving occupancy and sales.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in reservations, front office, or OTA management (hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with PMS/CRS systems.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
