**Introduction**

We at Ketto are looking for a highly motivated and experienced App Retention Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The App Retention Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective campaigns that drive user engagement and retention for our mobile app.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive user engagement and retention on app
- Co-create engaging and compelling marketing content that resonates with our target audience
- Segment users and target across channel based on user behavior and preferences
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and engineering to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall app strategy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in app retention marketing

**What you bring to the table**:

- Master’s / Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in mobile app retention marketing
- Strong understanding of mobile app retention marketing strategies and tactics
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful app campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with the marketing tools and platforms such as Clever Tap
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
