**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with other departments (customer care, Logistic and sales) to manage areas impacting customer satisfaction and ensure that the Churn index targets are reached
- Manage and increase adoption to the loyalty campaigns
- Ensure that customer complaints are resolved, and customers retain back with a smile.
- Identify and act-on customer complaints impacting satisfaction and leading to churn
- Handy with computers and Excel.
- Fluent in English, Marathi & Hindi.
- Fixed shift (10 AM-6PM) and (11AM to 7PM) (location should be nearby if possible)
- Should be from Retention team of service industry only (**subscription retention** if possible)
