Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication. Additional tasks may include handling sales inquiries and resolving customer issues promptly.

- Sales experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
