You are Responsible for:
Managing incoming calls and inquiries from patients and their families.

Resolving complaints and issues promptly and effectively to ensure patient satisfaction.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hospital policies, services, and staff members.
Documenting interactions and feedback in the hospital's CRM system for record-keeping and analysis.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve patient concerns.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and hospital operations is beneficial.
