Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care & Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored solutions. The role will also involve managing sales processes, cross-selling, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Supporting marketing efforts and collaborating with teams to meet targets will be part of the daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Sales acumen, including cross-selling and upselling techniques
  • Verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions
  • Problem-solving and active listening abilities to address customer needs
  • Team collaboration and multitasking skills
  • Prior experience in customer support or sales roles is a plus
