Job Role: Customer Care Executive Inbound & Mail Chat (Hyuga Life)
Job Location: Wagle industrial estate Thane West
Job Type: Full-time
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Description:
Hyuga Life is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Care team. The role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and chat support to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service quality.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Qualification: HSC / Graduate (in any discipline).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Compensation:
- Salary: Up to 18,000 (in-hand)
- CTC: Up to 22,000
