Job Location: Wagle industrial estate Thane West

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Description:

Hyuga Life is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Care team. The role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and chat support to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: HSC / Graduate (in any discipline).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Compensation:

  • Salary: Up to 18,000 (in-hand)
  • CTC: Up to 22,000
