Torrent Diagnostics is scouting for passionate Customer care professionals for its corporate office and diagnostic centre located at Navi Mumbai.

Customer Care Executive shall perform the appended tasks to ensure customers experience is at the optimal level.

  • Cater to customer phone calls and resolving their queries.
  • Curate streamlined email and social media communication for the queries/complaints received.
  • Help customers choose the right healthcare/test packages (Up Sell & Cross Sell)
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  • Working knowledge of CRM and queue management
  • Inform customers of upcoming promotions or deals
  • Establish positive rapport with all clients and customers.
  • Fixing appointments based on the availability of customers / clients.
  • Interact with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Min 2+ years of experience in customer service / care
  • Bachelors degree a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathetic, Customer Centric and solution oriented
  • Active Listener and ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Prior work experience in Diagnostics/pathology/Healthcare sectors is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
