**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and company policies.
- Listen to customers' needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues
- Maintain customer records and update databases.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a graduate degree
- Freshers only
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- The salary for this position is 2-3 LPA.
