**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries and resolving issues, communicating with customers through various channels, and assisting with sales activities.
**Qualifications**
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales skills and ability to upsell products/services
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer complaints
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
