**Job Description**:
Ø A customer care executive's job is to provide customer service and support, and to ensure customer satisfaction

Ø Catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant department for a more advanced form of query resolution

Ø Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution

Ø Managing payment and delivery of customer orders

Ø Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner

Ø Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals

Ø Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone

Ø Fixing appointments based on the availability of customers and clients

Ø Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience

Ø Building relationships with customer care team members to maximize team productivity

Pay: ₹12,212.13 - ₹16,264.71 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
