- SR EXECUTIVE - CUSTOMER CARE (OPD/IPD)**

1. Overall responsibility of the operations of the department.

2. Allot duties to the Customer Care Assistants.

3. Ensure that all Customer Care Assistants are present on duty and manning their respective counters.

4. Keeps herself informed about the availability of the consultants in the OPD for day.

5. Reports bed occupancy status to the CEO / Manager - Health Care.

6. Keep a track of the consultant not visiting the OPD & patient census and report to Sr. Manager - Health Care / Manager Customer Care on daily basis.

7. Ensure that all necessary changes are incorporated in the system.

8. Prepares the duty roster for the front office staff.

9. Ensures sufficient inventory of stationary and other material required in the Front Office.

10. Ensures that proper cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the areas of duty.

11. Supervise the maintenance of all records that need to be maintained in the Front Office.

12. Ensure that all the data required by the software package is incorporated.

13. Ensure that the billing information is passed to the billing clerk on line at the earliest, using the current package.

14. Handle patient grievances related to OPD/billing and resolve it

15. Should conduct meeting with respective Team once in a week on review /operational issues.

16. Should co-ordinate with other departmental co-ordinators in case of any problem.

17. Should allot OPD room to the newly joined consultant and keep a track of the vacant OPD room and slots.

18. Should change the consultant slot and time as approved by the Manager - Health care/ Manager Customer Care.

19. Should Supervise the Front Office procedures in OPD/IPD and take corrective measures wherever required.

20. Should do the presentation on OPD feedback every month.

21. Should take daily rounds of all front office counters.

22. Should do crowd management during rush hours.

23. Should mail the surgery clearance to wards & O.T on daily basis.

24. Should supervise and monitor the staffs on counter and give the feedback to Sr. Manager - Health care / Manager Customer Care in case of need of improvement in training.

25. Supervise the bill dispatch on daily basis and verify the records maintain for the same and given the status to Sr. Manager - Health Care / Manager Customer Care/ Manager Accounts.

26. Should co-ordinate with MRD for the dispatch billing.

27. Should mail the daily outstanding report to Manager - Health Care / Manager Customer Care and take appropriate step as instructed by Manager - Health care / Manager Customer Care.

28. Should co-ordinate with Executive Nurses OPD for smooth functioning of the OPD areas and address the issue to the concern.

29. Any incident occurred in the OPD should be reported to Manager - Health Care / Manager Customer Care.

30.Should attend the meeting conducted by Sr. Manager - Health Care once in a week.

31. Should monitor and provide the data related to quality objective and quality parameters to Asst Manager Customer care.

32.Guide the patient to the consultant as per their appointment timing.

33. Should handle the responsibilities of Asst Manager in case of leave.

34.Any other task as deemed appropriate by the Manager - Health Care, Manager Customer Care & Asst Manager Customer Care

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
