**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive
**Experience**: 3 to 5 Years
**Location**: Generic Engineering Construction and Projects Ltd., 201 & 202, Fitwell House, 2nd Floor, Opposite Home Town, LBS Road, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai - 400083
**CTC**: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
**Preferred Joiners**: Immediate

**Languages Required**:

- Gujarati (mandatory)
- Hindi (mandatory)
- English (mandatory)

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate fluently in Gujarati, Hindi, and English to address customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Achieve performance and quality targets as set by the organization.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service for 3 to 5 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in managing customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
