**Responsibilities**:
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and scheduling deliveries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
