Position Name : Customer Care Executive

Qualification : Any

Experience : 2+ years

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As a customer care executive, your role is to provide assistance and support to customers with their inquiries, concerns, and feedback regarding a company's products or services.

Some key responsibilities of a customer care executive may include:

- Handling Walk in Customers
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Providing information about products or services to customers.
- Taking orders, processing returns, and handling billing inquiries.
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Can handle Customer Interaction,system entry,back office coordination and if required can handle walkin customers too.
- Coordinating with Customer/Vendor/etc.
- Follow-ups with suppliers as needed.
- Maintain records of invoices & contracts

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
