Customer Care & Business Development Executive Location: Maharashtra Region (M1) Department: Customer Care Experience : 1–2 years in sales, customer care, or business development (preferably in pharma Tooling or industrial equipment). Key Responsibilities: Customer Care & Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the Maharashtra region. Address customer queries promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels. Business Development Identify and generate new business opportunities. Develop strategies to increase market share in the M1 region. Lead Generation & Enquiry Management Proactively generate new enquiries through calls, emails, and field visits .
