Designation **:Customer Care Executive.**

Location **:Thane, Mumbai**

**Responsibilities**:

- To handle incoming calls of clients and customers and to make outgoing calls to Clients.
- To solve their problems & queries regarding their trading accounts over calls.
- To inform them about IIFL products and services.
- Trying to convince them to be a Sub Broker of IIFL (Marketing Associate)
- To generate more leads from the people out called.
- To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
- Documentation & Generate Sub Broker Code through System.

**Qualification**:
**Graduate freshers and HSCs with a minimum of 1 Year of experience.**

Required Skills:

- Good Communication, Convincing & Selling Skills.
- Languages known - English & Hindi
