Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Mumbai. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to address their inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing overall customer service interactions. The role involves responding to customer queries via phone & customer interactions, and assisting in sales processes by providing information about products and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including active listening and articulate responses
  • Proficiency in Sales to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • An empathetic and problem-solving approach to customer queries
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
