Ace Blend is a fast-growing nutraceutical brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, plant-based wellness solutions. We are looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, persuasive, and passionate about helping customers choose the right products for their health goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls for lead generation, customer retention, and reactivation.
- Handle upselling and cross-selling of products to existing and potential customers.
- Convert warm and cold leads into successful sales.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly targets for conversions and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer retention (preferably D2C / nutraceutical / FMCG sector).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Result-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Good command over English and Hindi.
