Role Overview
We are seeking a
Customer Retention Specialist
to design and execute strategies that keep our devotees engaged, satisfied, and connected with us throughout their spiritual journey. This role is perfect for someone who is
data-driven, creative, and deeply familiar with retention and engagement tools
.
You will plan and manage
customer communication touchpoints
across multiple channels —
WhatsApp, Email, RCS, Push Notifications
— while leveraging our CRM platform (
MoEngage
) to deliver personalized journeys at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute
customer retention strategies
to improve repeat engagement and reduce churn. - Design, set up, and optimize
automated communication journeys
in
MoEngage
. - Plan and manage regular
customer touchpoints
across WhatsApp, Email, RCS, and other digital channels. - Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and lifecycle metrics to make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver
consistent customer experiences
. - Build and manage customer segmentation for targeted communication.
- Constantly experiment with messaging, formats, and engagement strategies to drive higher retention.
Requirements
- Mandatory:
Hands-on experience with
MoEngage
CRM platform. - 2–5 years of experience in
customer retention, lifecycle management, or CRM campaigns
. - Strong understanding of
customer journeys, segmentation, and engagement metrics
. - Experience with
multi-channel campaign execution
(WhatsApp, Email, RCS, Push). - Analytical mindset with the ability to read data and generate insights.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
