Job Title: Retention Executive - Growth Marketing Overview:
As a Retention Executive - Growth Marketing you will be responsible for assessing, developing and
execuƟng strategies to maximize customer retenƟon and loyalty. Your primary focus will be on
understanding customer behaviour, implemenƟng targeted campaigns, and leveraging
datadriven insights to increase repeat user revenue & customer lifeƟme value. This role
requires a blend of analyƟcal skills, creaƟvity, and a deep understanding of customer
psychology to drive engagement and loyalty.
Key ResponsibiliƟes:
1) Customer SegmentaƟon and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to idenƟfy key segments.

- UƟlize data insights to enhance the overall customer experience and saƟsfacƟon.
2) RetenƟon Campaign Planning and ExecuƟon:
- Design and implement retenƟon campaigns across various channels
- Planning and creaƟng automated user journeys for effecƟve communicaƟon
- Create compelling content and messaging to resonate with different customer segments.
- Collaborate with cross-funcƟonal teams to ensure seamless execuƟon of campaigns.
- 3) Feedback and Surveys:
- Implement customer feedback loops to gather insights and understand pain points.
- UƟlize surveys and other feedback mechanisms to improve customer saƟsfacƟon and
- address issues proacƟvely.
- 4) AnalyƟcs and ReporƟng:
- Regularly analyse campaign performance and customer metrics to measure success.
- Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management.
- 5) Cross-funcƟonal CollaboraƟon:
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to align retenƟon
- strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with markeƟng teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- QualificaƟons:
- Bachelor’s degree in MarkeƟng, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 1 year of experience in CRM or a similar role
- Proven experience in retenƟon markeƟng or a similar role.
- Strong analyƟcal skills with the ability to interpret data and draw acƟonable insights.
- Experience with customer segmentaƟon and targeƟng strategies.
- Excellent communicaƟon and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in markeƟng automaƟon tools and customer relaƟonship management
- (CRM) systems.
- CreaƟve mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tacƟcally.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with A/B tesƟng methodologies.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, subscripƟon-based models, or relevant industries.
- Proficiency in using analyƟcs tools such as Clever Tap, Web Engage, Mo Engage (or
- similar CRM’s) Tableau, Google AnalyƟcs, Excel
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
