Travelxp, a leading media and e-commerce travel company, is passionate about creating memorable travel experiences and delivering exceptional service. We are seeking a motivated and analytical Retention Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive customer loyalty and engagement through strategic retention initiatives.

About Role:
As a Retention Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain and engage our existing customers. You will work closely with our marketing and customer service teams to create personalized campaigns that enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute retention marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize customer data to segment audiences and tailor retention efforts based on behavior, preferences, and purchase history.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of retention campaigns, measuring key metrics such as customer retention rate, repeat purchase rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of retention strategies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences, using insights to refine and improve retention tactics.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in retention marketing, customer relationship management, or a related field, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on creating compelling and personalized marketing content.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
