Role Overview:

At Fatakpay, we are building a
financial super app

for the underserved workforce, providing instant loans, insurance, and gold investments. A key focus for us is
retaining users, improving engagement, and increasing repeat transactions

through data-driven marketing strategies.

We are looking for
Executive - Retention Campaigns,

who is
hands-on executioners

in running
omnichannel retention campaigns

across
push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and web notifications.

This is an
Individual Contributor (IC) role

focused on campaign execution, analytics, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute multi-channel retention campaigns (push, SMS, WhatsApp, email, in-app).
  • Monitor user journey stages and optimize for CTR%, CR%, reachability, and reactivation.
  • Work on behavioral segmentation and dynamic content personalization.
  • Run A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement first-party data strategies like user surveys and attribute grooming.
  • Coordinate with tech/product for automated journey deployment.
  • Track and report key metrics: engagement %, conversion %, reachability %, repeat user growth, click rate, conversion rate (across funnels) and more.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with WebEngage, MoEngage, Netcore, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with journey building, audience segmentation, campaign and tracking.
  • Hands on experience in Excel reporting and analysis
  • Understanding of retention funnels and user lifecycle marketing.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance data.
