Retention Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:
Learn and support in using ReBid's Customer Data Platform to segment and activate customer journeys.
Assist in building personalized retention campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) based on CDP insights.
Work with client success managers to understand client goals and translate data into actionable retention strategies.
Monitor and track customer engagement metrics – churn rates, LTV, repeat purchases, and campaign effectiveness.
Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different customer touchpoints to maximize retention.
Collaborate with the design, product, and marketing teams to deliver engaging communication strategies for clients.
Prepare weekly reports & insights decks for internal and client presentations.
Research and stay updated on CRM trends, retention best practices, and data-driven marketing approaches.
Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in retention marketing, ideally in a fast-paced D2C or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in CDP tools (Web Engage, CleverTap, MoEngage) and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using data tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Power BI.
- Strategic mindset with a knack for customer segmentation, journey mapping, and automation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in high-growth start-ups and knowledge of digital analytics, customer behavior, and retention techniques.
