Junior Banquet Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new banquet and event sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals.
- Conduct site tours and sales presentations for potential clients.
- **Event Planning & Coordination**:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and create detailed event proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, service staff, operations) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings, contracts, and billing.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:
- Partner with the marketing team to promote banquet services through online, print, and event-based marketing.
- Attend networking events and industry trade shows to represent the venue and generate leads.
- **Revenue Management**:
- Meet or exceed banquet sales targets and manage event budgets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Customer Service**:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before, during, and after events.
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in banquet, catering, or event sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and event management software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
