Sales - Banquet Sales

The Banquet Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by selling banquet and event spaces for weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and other functions. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, event coordination, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for banquet and event bookings.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, and property tours to promote banquet facilities and services.
- Respond to inquiries promptly with customized proposals, pricing, and package details.
- Negotiate terms and close sales contracts while ensuring profitability.
- Coordinate with the banquet operations, kitchen, and other departments to ensure successful event execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, contracts, and client communications.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to build client base.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure all client requirements and event details are clearly documented and communicated internally.
- Provide after-event follow-up and gather feedback for service improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in banquet, event, or hotel sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of banquet/event operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales CRM software.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
