**Salary**: - 22,000-25,000 per month

Experience:
- Total experience: -3 years of experience in Hospitality management
- Minimum experience: -2-3 years experience in banquet administration and sales.

Education: -Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Eligibility: -Only male applicants are required

Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

Profile Introduction:
As the Banquet Administration/Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of events, banquets, and conferences. Your ability to blend administrative expertise with sales acumen will contribute to the overall success of our banquet services, creating memorable moments for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Event Coordination**:

- Oversee the planning and execution of banquets, weddings, conferences, and other events.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and customize packages accordingly.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Actively promote banquet services to potential clients and corporate partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Handle administrative tasks related to banquet bookings, including contracts, invoices, and event timelines.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all event details are communicated and executed flawlessly.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
- Attend to on-site event management to guarantee client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Attributes**:

- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for perfection.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- **Languages**: Hindi, Marathi, English.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
