**Banquet Sales Executive - Job Description: -**
- Sending Banquet event proposals to the guests and being in timely contact with them. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.
- Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager.
- Ensure monthly sales & forecast report to send to the management.
- Maintain retention of regular customer & ensure procurement of new clients & repeat business for the venue by maintaining regular contact with the customers.
- Overall responsibility of sales generation for high end exclusive banquet & events.
- Maintaining the entire sales correspondence database. Maintain all client information and folders.
- Coordinate with Banquet operations team on a timely basis to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Promptly respond to all inquiries & follow-ups on regular basis.
- Preparing function FPS and coordinating with F&B for smooth operation.
- Be a one point of contact & a consultant to guest from the first call till the day of the event.

**Required Education and Skill**
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality and culinary arts preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in banquet management, or similar.
- Exceptional ability to plan banquets/venue, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Marathi.
