Banquet Sales Executive

The Banquet Sales Executive is responsible for generating banquet and event sales for the hotel, resort, or banquet facility. This role involves identifying potential clients, responding to inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and working closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for banquets, meetings, and special events.
- Respond to banquet/event inquiries promptly and provide tailored proposals.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct site inspections and meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain relationships with past and current clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts in coordination with the sales and operations teams.
- Coordinate with the banquet and culinary team to ensure all client needs and expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote banquet offerings via digital and offline channels.
- Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and promotional events to boost visibility.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in banquet or event sales (hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of event planning and food & beverage operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
