**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize board meetings, management meetings, and company events.
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up with various departments.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
- Support the CEO in travel arrangements, expense tracking, and administrative tasks.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives or CEOs.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic office management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
