Overview:The Executive Assistant to CEO plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic tasks. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage a variety of tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:

- Manage CEO's schedule, appointments, travel arrangements, and prioritize tasks
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed
- Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality
- Assist in special projects, strategic initiatives, and events planning
- Manage executive office budget and expenses
- Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain documents, filing systems, and databases
- Provide general administrative support and act as the point of contact for internal/external queries
- Coordinate and supervise other administrative staff
- Manage CEO's personal matters and miscellaneous tasks as required
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, G Suite, and other office management software
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Experience in project management or event planning is a plus
- Discretion and trustworthiness due to the sensitive nature of the role
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside regular hours when necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
