Executive Assistant to CEO

**Overview**:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including arranging appointments, travel, meetings, and events
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed
- Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings and other key events
- Manage and maintain records, files, and other documentation in a systematic manner
- Provide general administrative support such as office management, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments within the organization
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in calendar management and complex scheduling
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Knowledge of board meeting preparation and coordination
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
