We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful **Executive Assistant (EA)** to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our senior management. The EA will act as the right hand to the leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate the Director/CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of management.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective follow-ups on action items, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Support in preparing board meetings, investor meetings, and review decks.
- Track key business priorities and ensure timely updates for decision-making.
- Assist in project coordination, research, and compiling business data as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of contracts, reports, and company records.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Arts or equivalent.
- **3-5 years of proven experience** as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently, with discretion and a high level of professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
