Executive Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Executive Assistance to CEO**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in interactions with all levels of staff, clients, and external partners.
- Foster a positive and professional environment through effective communication with staff and visitors.
- **Office Support**:
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate with other departments for administrative support needs.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office equipment.
**Major Skillset**:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle tight schedules and deadlines for both the front desk and executive support tasks.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist, administrative assistant, or executive assistant.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
