Location: Indore, MP and Jaipur, Rajasthan

**Job description**

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Indenting**:

- Actively monitor and manage customer orders based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.

2. **Sales**:

- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering relevant products or services.
- Achieve sales targets by negotiating and closing deals with customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer demands, adjusting the sales strategy accordingly.
- Provide timely product information, pricing, and quotations to clients.
- Participate in product presentations and sales demonstrations, either in person or through digital platforms.

3. **Invoicing**:

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of sales invoices based on agreed terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure all invoicing is completed correctly and in line with the customer order.
- Track the status of invoices and ensure any discrepancies are addressed promptly with customers and the finance department.
- Maintain a record of issued invoices and payments received to support financial tracking and reporting.

4. **Cash Collections**:

- Follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collection of dues in accordance with company credit policies.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payments.
- Provide support in resolving any customer queries or issues related to payment terms, ensuring a smooth and positive collection process.
- Report collection status and cash flow to the management team regularly.
- Ensure the collection of payments via checks, bank transfers, and other methods, as per agreed terms with clients.

5. **Cash Deposit**:

- Ensure timely deposit of collected cash or checks into the companys bank account.
- Maintain a secure and organized process for handling cash deposits, adhering to company guidelines and financial controls.
- Record and reconcile cash deposits, keeping accurate logs of all transactions.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for cash deposits for future auditing and financial reporting.
- Prepare and submit indent orders for products in accordance with customer needs and market trends.
- Coordinate with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure stock availability for timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clear and accurate record of all indent requests, ensuring that deadlines and expectations are met.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
