**About the Job**:
We’re looking for a Campaign Architect - Demand Generation to join a cross-functional group of creatives responsible for communicating our work and values. As part of our rapidly growing team, you’ll be responsible for defining the strategy, implementation, and management of effective lead and demand generation campaigns. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, content, digital and sales to launch campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
This role is an opportunity to embed deeply in a unique company with a highly technical environment. You’ll be expected to keep up to date with our technologies and solutions space and effectively message the impact they have on our current and potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify lead generation opportunities within target markets.
- Source and prioritise investments in events, campaigns, and other marketing programs to reach goals.
- Report on performance and trends of marketing program initiatives.
- Manage tradeshow participation - formalities, negotiations, sponsorships, vendor communication and enrolment of all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Maintain a strong hold on internal communication - finance and payments-related coordination

**Skills**:

- 4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience and deep understanding on digital channels and how to leverage them to drive demand.
- Ability to work in a team environment to develop and implement campaign strategies.
- Resourcefulness. You solve problems, including non-traditional or undefined problems, creatively and analytically. You can calibrate a room of peers and/or stakeholders to achieve alignment and pull levers to generate revenue.
- Highly developed all-round interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with systems and tools utilised by the team (e.g. Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc) or have the ability to quickly adapt to them.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
