**Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Back-Office)**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Back-Office Sales & Quotation Support**:

- Assist in preparing and managing quotations from the back office.
- Ensure timely follow-up on submitted quotations and approvals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to update pricing, offers, and terms.

**2. Sales Follow-ups & Lead Management**:

- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain and update the leads database with accurate details.
- Provide regular sales status reports to management.

**3. Social Media Optimization (SMO) & Recurring Marketing**:

- Plan and execute recurring marketing activities across digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize company pages on **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels**.
- Schedule engaging content, track analytics, and improve audience reach.
- Run **organic and paid campaigns** to generate leads and brand awareness.

**4. Dealer Network Back-Office Coordination**:

- Support and manage the **Skyceil Dealer Network** and **Tenso Master Dealer Network**.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers and assist in onboarding new partners.
- Ensure smooth coordination between dealers and the company.

**5. Marketing Team Tracking & Meeting Coordination**:

- Track and report on the marketing team’s activities and performance.
- Take appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate sales follow-ups.
- Organize **business architect meetings** and track follow-ups.

**6. Database Development & Management**:

- Develop and maintain a well-structured **customer and lead database**.
- Keep records updated for sales, dealer interactions, and marketing activities.
- Generate periodic reports for analysis and business planning.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.**:

- **1+ years of experience in a back-office sales or marketing support role.**:

- knowledge of **social media marketing and SMO**.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in **CRM tools, MS Office, and social media platforms**.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a back-office setup.
- Experience in **dealer network management or B2B coordination** is a plus.
