Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Indore

Reporting To: Accounts Head and Director

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end financial operations, cash flow management, reconciliations, reporting, and administrative coordination. The role demands precision, multi-tasking abilities, and proactive communication to support both organizational and personal-level financial activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Bank Coordination & Reconciliation**
- Share bank-related information with the accounts team to ensure seamless communication.
- Update daily balances for all company and management (Director’s) bank accounts.
- Reconcile personal bank accounts of senior management.
- Perform ledger reconciliations for vendors and clients to ensure accuracy.

2. **Payments & Cash Flow Management**
- Process payments (vendors, tax, hosting, G Suite, licenses, etc.) and share acknowledgments.
- Record payment receipts from clients in a predefined format and update WhatsApp accounts group.
- Manage petty cash transactions in Zoho and maintain the physical cash book.
- Oversee actual cash handling and generate accurate daily cash reports.
- Prepare and update daily Excel reports for other on going projects.
- Plan and track payments on a daily, monthly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.

3. **Project & Event Financial Management**
- Track and report finances for ongoing projects
- Oversee cash handling and expense management of additional premises, farmhouses, and events.
- Manage financials related to farmhouse parties, staff training, and other operational needs.

4. **Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain and update various accounting and project-related Excel sheets.
- Create and issue proforma invoices.
- Manage the training cash sheet and generate reports on training fees.
- Prepare consolidated property tax sheets and manage timely renewal of taxes, licenses, and vehicle insurance.

5. **Vendor & Staff Management**
- Handle vendor relationships and ensure timely payments and reconciliations.
- Manage ground staff advances, salary disbursements, and release schedules.
- Assist in monthly financial postings as required.

6**. Digital Services & Hosting Management**
- Renew domain hosting and manage payment schedules.
- Oversee G Suite daily and monthly usage plans, preparing bifurcated reports for clarity.
- Maintain and update financial data related to server hosting services.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong command of MS Excel and Zoho Books (or equivalent accounting software)
- Accuracy in financial reconciliations and reporting
- Solid understanding of petty cash and cash flow management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information

Pay: ₹10,068.73 - ₹28,106.57 per month
