**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant/Account Executive with 1-2 years of experience. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, preparing financial statements, and ensuring GST compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and manage daily accounting entries in Tally ERP.
- Prepare and review adjustment entries (accruals, prepayments, depreciation, provisions).
- Maintain Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheets accurately.
- Handle GST calculations, filing, and compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable with proper reconciliation.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly account closing.
- Support statutory audits and maintain financial records.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and GST compliance.
- Good understanding of financial statements and adjustment entries.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

**Note**: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
