**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Indore. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, building relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, ledgers, and statements.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Maintain compliance with all accounting standards, financial policies, and regulations.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (CA Inter / M.Com preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Familiarity with Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, etc.) and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
